The Kozara apple has been in our area for more than a century. This apple originates from France. In the first half of the 20th century, it was the most common apple in orchards in this area. It is not attractive in appearance due to the rusty color of the fruit, but due to its exceptional aroma and taste, it is highly valued. The flesh of the fruit is greenish white, soluble and juicy, with a wine-like sour taste. The tree is vigorous, with open crowns. Variety is demanding for a bigger space for cultivation. It is resistant to diseases, so it is suitable for organic production. It ripens in the first half of October and the fruits can be stored for a long time.
We produce apple seedlings on the following rootstocks: M9, M9T337, M 26 sel.NAKB, MM 106 sel.9a
